It is an annual event that focuses on the latest ‘must have’ technology and insights for smarter collaboration, increased productivity, and enhanced employee and customer experience. 

With an emphasis on UC, collaboration, AI, security, and customer contact/experience, UC EXPO provides organisations with all the crucial knowledge and technology they need to define their future-of-work strategy, create a UC roadmap, and include customer contact and experience solutions.

The well-crafted and all-encompassing experience includes something for everyone, from CTOs/CIOs and those involved in UC, collaboration, IT, architecture, and infrastructure to leaders in human resource, change management, the digital workplace, and customer contact/experience.
